Short-term rental cleaner
As a Third Coast Cleaners turnover specialist, you'll be the person responsible for delivering five-star, guest-ready properties to Airbnb and VRBO hosts across West Michigan. Every clean follows our standardized checklist — and every clean ends with a photo report you take to document the finished space.
You'll work independently or in small teams, with cleans assigned to you through our proprietary scheduling platform — no group texts, no scrambling. We'll provide the training, the supplies, and the back-up support; you bring the attention to detail and a friendly attitude.
What we're looking for:
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Sharp attention to detail and pride in a job well done
- Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and photo reporting
- Available weekends (when most turnovers happen)
- Cleaning experience is a plus but not required — we train
